In 2016, The Langley Concrete Group of Companies partnered with Wesbild to introduce a new precast modular retaining wall product to the marketplace in British Columbia. Stone Strong Systems was selected for its architectural facing, large block size, and engineering benefits. Over 120,000 square feet of block wall was produced at our manufacturing facility in Chilliwack, BC by the fall of 2016. The subdivision and wall construction was completed in 2017. Now in 2018 with homes being completed and finished landscaping in place, this new community is looking spectacular.
Stone Strong Systems used to expand Eastland Port's upper log yard. This project was to improve operations for forestry customers by expanding total log storage area by 1.3 hectares. Stone Strong was also chosen for the project to help in improving aesthetics for nearby residents, and reduce potential noise and dust issues.
